Job Title: Commercial Property Locum
On behalf of a well-established law firm in Greater Manchester, we are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Locum to provide interim cover for a period of 6 weeks from mid-July.
The successful candidate will be required to work full-time hours. Hybrid working arrangements will be considered.
The role will involve managing a full commercial property caseload independently, including handling sales, purchases, and matters involving compulsory purchase orders (CPOs).

- Hourly Rate: £50.00 – £60.00 per hour (outside IR35)
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a commercial property caseload independently
- Experience handling sales and purchases
- Able to pick up case management systems quickly
