Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Communications & Engagement Consultant for a Public Sector Organisation based in the Black Country. This is a temporary contract for 3 months initially, offering a daily rate of £288 via an Umbrella company.
Following the initial three-month period the successful candidate will move onto a fixed term contract until March 2022, offering an annual salary of £53, 168 (pro rata).
Duties:
- Strategic leadership of a complex multi-platform digital estate (experience and demonstrable knowledge essential)
- Provided senior strategic advice and solutions to our partners, customers and senior leaders across the health economy, protecting and strengthening their reputation
- Provided subject matter expertise, supporting partners and customers to meet all their communications and engagement statutory and regulatory requirements
- Ensured that all assurance measures that apply to our deliverables are met
- Lead complex projects and programmes of work
- Responsible performance and budget management
- Delivered strategic communications and engagement services, ensuring the delivery of both core and non-core contracts
- Identified and secured new business in line with team income targets
- Developed and implemented plans for a variety of projects, including behavioural change campaigns, complex service re-design and corporate priorities
- Liaised with communication and engagement leads across the health and care system as part of the communications network
- Drafted and co-ordinated communications and engagement plans / strategies for major national projects and programmes of work
