Communications and Fundraising Manager
Venn Group is currently working with a Charity based in Surrey for a January start Communications and Fundraising Manager to support the organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Leading the Communications and Fundraising strategy of the Charity and work collaboratively with the strategic leadership team, managers and trustees to help make sure they meet their strategic goals. The development and delivery of a comprehensive Fundraising strategy is essential to the ongoing success of the Charity; therefore, the successful will require demonstrable evidence of experience in this area. This role also requires an individual with experience delivering successful Communication and Marketing plans. You will prepare, manage and monitor the annual Fundraising budget; research and develop new opportunities of income generation and play an active role with the charity’s most significant supporters – ensuring that excellent relationships are cultivated and maintained. The successful candidate will also write funding applications, particularly to trusts and manage/update databases to record funding streams.

It is essential that the successful candidate has:
- Proven experience of overseeing, developing and implementing a Fundraising strategy
- Experience using CRM/Databases
- Proven experience of project managing Communications functions
Contract type: Permanent
Days per week: 5
Salary: £33,000 - £37,000
Working from home: Hybrid Model – 2 days on-site, 3 days WFH
