Communications and Marketing Manager
Venn Group is currently working with a private healthcare organisation for a Communications and Marketing Manager to support the organisation
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- The post holder will play an important role in the development and implementation of the Trust’s communications and engagement strategy; their focus is on supporting the Trust’s work and goals through building and using effective, two-way relationships with our key audiences
- The post holder will play a lead role in developing marketing strategies for the Trust’s services, including recruitment activities, and acting as project or programme manager for specific integrated communications and marketing plans, as required
- The post holder will contribute to wider change and development programmes and projects, helping to ensure they are shaped by, and are responsive to, the needs and preferences of our key audiences
- The post holder will be required to write and design content for a range of communication campaigns and online and offline channels
- The post holder will be expected to deputise for the head of user focus and insight and to support wider communications activities, as appropriate
It is essential the candidate has:
- NHS or private health experience
- Involvement in brand development and management
- Account management experience – in-house or agency
- Strong project management experience
- Experience of developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
- Proven ability to lead and manage effective, integrated communications projects including procurement and tendering to support the management of a delegated budget
Job Title: Communications & Marketing Manager
Daily Rate: £212.53 PAYE including holiday pay, Or £239.25 Umbrella
Duration: 3 Months (likely to extend)
Hours: 37.5 hours
