1. Job Title: Communications Officer
Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Communications Officer on a 3 months temporary contract
2. Job Specification:

Operate the content management system for the website, hospital microsites and Intranet, keeping the sites updated and helping to develop a project to devolve some limited operating capabilities to the various support areas.

Ensure all website and Intranet content is reviewed and brought up to date and thereafter maintained, supporting departments to develop content and supplying copy where necessary. Upload content to the website, using a content management system (CMS) and following an agreed schedule

Develop a proactive plan of social media posts with the Communications Manager (Digital and Brand) and take responsibility for ensuring delivery of this plan.

Respond to social media posts, liaising with appropriate with corporate experience and feedback comments to relevant departments.

Support the Communications Manager (Digital and Brand) in developing and implementing digital communications campaigns.
