Venn Group’s Compliance team ensures full candidate compliance across all placements made company-wide, improving the service received by our candidates and clients while maximising time available to consultants for sales and fee generation.
We are looking for a confident, numerate, team-oriented person with strong attention to detail to join our established teams. The ideal candidate would have experience in screening the contractors’ compliance within NHS.
Responsibilities:
Sign off of the documents in line with compliance requirements for the specific clients for all placed candidates
Preparation of compliance packs required by our clients prior to contract start
Liaise with client contacts regarding missing compliance information
Liaison with candidates regarding missing compliance information
Check and advise on candidates’ right to work documentation
Check completed forms and other documentations
Run credit checks on candidates in relation to financial history
Mark candidate files with expiry dates for documentation and highlight renewals as needed, follow up with the candidates and consultants to ensure timely updates.
Reference checks of candidates’ experience
Basic database cleanse to update candidate information
Working closely with the recruitment consultants to ensure that all documentation is collated before candidates’ start dates.
Delivery of weekly management information
Liaison with the auditors and ensuring that documentation is prepared for the audits.
Creation of management information reports
