I am seeking a Contact Centre Agent on short notice or immediately available for a new opportunity within Cambridge.
Duration: Three months +
Rate: £10.28 per hour + holiday pay
Hours: Monday to Friday – shift patterns between 7am – 8pm
Essential skills/experience required:
- Previous customer service experience
- Comfortable talking on the telephone
Main duties include:
- Being first point of contact within the contact centre
- Dealing with any basic queries
- Connecting calls through from internal and external callers
