Customer Service Agent

A position has arisen for an interim Customer Service Agent with one of our clients based in Cambridgeshire. The role is on-site for a minimum of 3 months, paying £10.28 per hour + holiday pay. They are looking for candidates who are available to start as soon as possible.
Your duties will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for people telephoning in, offering an operator service and handling all incoming calls to the contact centre
- Ensuring an effective service is provided to all stakeholders, both internal and external
- Using the correct salutation and communication standards when handling calls, in line with the organisations procedures
The successful candidate should have:
- Excellent customer service skills with demonstrable experience
- Strong communication skills
- A personable and friendly manner
- Confidence while under pressure
