Contentious Probate Solicitor
Birmingham, £50k - £60k, ACTAPS
Established Birmingham law practice seeks Litigation Solicitor with expertise dealing with contentious trusts and probate.
This position would see you joining the firm in a senior capacity and taking over a litigation caseload with a focus on wills, trusts and estates disputes. Typical matters will include trust disputes, Inheritance Act claims, contentious probate and professional negligence. You will handle the caseload with no supervision and will be assisted by a paralegal and legal secretary.
The firm is well established with strong local ties and a loyal client base. They have a thriving private client department and strong relationships with referrers ensuing a steady stream of high quality instruction.
The salary on offer will be competitive and is expected to be in the region of £50,000 to £60,000 per annum dependent on experience. For the right individual, this position would allow a clear route to progress to partnership once established.
Applications will be considered from Solicitors of all levels of experience although it is felt that the role would be best suited to individuals with a minimum of three years PQE.
