Interim Contract Manager/Mental Health – Immediately Required
Position: Contract Manager
Period: 6 Month FTC
Hours: Full time
Location: Royal Borough of Richmond
Rate: £40,000 Pro-Rata
DBS: Enhanced (ideally on Update Service)
Our client, a specialist supported Housing Association is seeking an experienced Contract Manager (specialising in mental health) to join their team. The main purpose of the role is to manage all the contracts within the designated patch and line manage the front-line staff.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business activities within the contract, ensuring relevant and challenging objective setting and ongoing performance tracking
- Manage contract budgets to deliver on corporate and local contract financial targets
- Successfully lead and motivate teams, work to continuously improve staff competence
- Effectively carry out team briefing meetings, ensuring all information is communicated
- Develop key business relationships with all relevant parties
- Lead quality visits to monitor quality/performance, set targets and lead action plans to ensure highly rated services
- Produce and submit monthly management reports on KPIs, ensuring all date is up to date
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across contract portfolio
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience of managing contracts and resources across multiple sites, delivering to budget and performance targets
- Experience of delivering to housing management performance targets
- Experience of effectively managing and developing staff to ensure delivery of services performance targets within contract
