Contracts and Compliance Manager wanted for an immediate start
Location: Oxfordshire
Length: 6 months Temporary - Ongoing
Hours: 37.5, Monday – Friday
Main responsibilities of the role
- Managing Contractors to undertake estates and facilities services; including ppm/statutory/mandatory checks and tests
- Working within budgetary constraints, negotiate with contractors and service providers to ensure best possible value for money
- Creating a programme to monitor contractors on a periodic basis to check works requested are being carried out to specification
- Monitoring contractor performance against the agreed key performance
- Regularly meeting with contractors and addressing any issues
Essential requirements:
- You must have experience managing contractors
- You must have a technical background ideally within a commercial environment
- A DBS Check will be required for this role
