Contracts and Compliance Manager wanted for an immediate start

Location:         Oxfordshire

Length:           6 months Temporary - Ongoing

Hours:             37.5, Monday – Friday

Main responsibilities of the role

• Managing Contractors to undertake estates and facilities services; including ppm/statutory/mandatory checks and tests
• Working within budgetary constraints, negotiate with contractors and service providers to ensure best possible value for money
• Creating a programme to monitor contractors on a periodic basis to check works requested are being carried out to specification
• Monitoring contractor performance against the agreed key performance
• Regularly meeting with contractors and addressing any issues

Essential requirements:

• You must have experience managing contractors
• You must have a technical background ideally within a commercial environment
• A DBS Check will be required for this role
