In-House Legal Analyst - Conveyancing
Remote, West Midlands
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to work in-house as a Legal Analyst for an award winning financial services provider. This is position can be 100% remote if desired.
Working as part of a team reporting to the Lead Counsel, who has overall responsibility for Mortgages & Savings, you will have responsibility for overseeing the legal function’s overall deliverables for the area you work in. You will use your knowledge of property law and conveyancing matters to advise colleagues in a commercially practical, hands on and common sense manner.
You will liaise with a broad range of internal stakeholders and respond to queries in relation to conveyancing transactions, ensuring these are delivered on time and any dependencies are communicated effectively.
The position would be ideally suited to an experienced Conveyancer with excellent technical knowledge who wants the freedom afforded by remote work and a manageable workload.

Essential
- Legally qualified
- A minimum of two years conveyancing experience
- The ability to make decisions independently without supervision
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
Desirable
- Qualified Solicitor
- Expert knowledge of all aspects of property law
