Legal 500 firm in Solihull seeks a personable Conveyancing Secretary to join their growing team. The firm are an award winning full service law firm with a loyal client base locally as well as a growing international client base. They are Lexcel and CQS accredited and offer a diverse, inclusive and supportive work environment with a strong team ethos.
The Opportunity
You will be assisting experienced Conveyancing Solicitors, Fee Earners and Heads of Department with managing their workload and diary management. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of Legal Secretaries in a supportive and welcoming team environment.
You will be required to:
- Carry out audio typing and complete Land Registry applications and SDLT forms
- To utilise case management systems and type with accuracy and speed
- Take messages from new and existing clients and meet with clients when necessary
- Maintain organisation of new and ongoing files (electronic and paper)

Requirements
- Experience working in a secretarial role
- Good conveyancing knowledge
- Positive and can do attitude
