Our client, a Lexcel and Conveyancing Quality Scheme accredited law firm based in Warwickshire, are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to assist their conveyancing department.
You will be joining a sociable, friendly and supportive team that values work life balance. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to join a friendly and supportive work environment with over 150 years of legal service to their name.
In this role, you will work with assist Fee Earners on post completion matters, handling the preparation of completion statements and dealing with correspondence and documentation relating to completion, post completion and exchange. A solid knowledge of residential conveyancing is essential; as such the firm are seeking a candidate with 5-10 years’ experience within a similar role.
Requirements:
- Versatile, organised and efficient
- Prior experience within residential conveyancing
- Prior experience in a similar legal role
- Equipped to provide excellent client care
This role is full time and office based. Our client is offering a competitive salary, dependent on experience.
