The firm are a reputable and expanding high street firm based in Birmingham who are Lexcel and CQS accredited. They can offer a friendly and supportive working environment and are located close to Birmingham city centre.
The Opportunity
You will be assisting multiple Fee Earners and Executives within the Conveyancing department and be expected to demonstrate good Conveyancing knowledge. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Utilising case management systems and audio typing
- Handling Land Registry applications and SDLT forms and preparing contract packs
- Diary management and task management
- Organising new and ongoing files and take messages from new and existing clients

Requirements
- Experience working in a secretarial role
- Ideally previous conveyancing knowledge
- Positive and can do attitude
- Personable and professional telephone manner
