Job Title: Credit Controller
Job description: We are recruiting for a Collections/Customer Service Advisor for a well-established and reputable organisation based in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to expand their experience in a customer focussed credit control position.
You will be expected to:

Handle a high volume of outbound calls within both customer service and credit control
-
Deal with weekly account reconciliations to minimise unallocated cash
-
Authorise release of orders where credit limits have exceeded or been put on stop
-
Request credit limit increases
-
Liaise with other departments to resolve queries and disputes causing payment delays
-
Calculate and discuss the benefits of direct debits
The ideal candidate will:

Be proficient in Microsoft Excel
-
Be available at short notice
-
Have experience in a contact centre environment
