Credit Controller

Venn Group is currently looking to recruit a Credit Controller to work as part of a team, reporting to the Credit Control Manager you will be involved in all aspects of credit control.
Salary: £30 - £35k Pro rata
Location: London
Duration: Permanent
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact clients via Phone or email
- Manage a specified ledger of clients including Construction, NHS, Public & Government organisations and SME’s
- Work from Aged Debt Reports daily
- Reconcile Accounts to Client – ensuring all debts are accounted for by preparing reconciliations
- Deal with queries and query resolution with clients – for complex accounts that operate a special billing process
- Help reducing Aged Debt and DSO
- Liaise internally with Directors and Senior Managers
- Work with a minimum amount of supervision on collection of overdue accounts
- Provide good customer service to all Clients, and consultants
- Raise adjustment forms to amend rates
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years credit control experience is essential
- Excel – Pivots / VLookups (Intermediate)
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Excellent Communicator – both oral and written
- Ability to work to deadlines/under pressure
- Demonstrate accuracy and work methodically within the team, whilst being productive, efficient and effective within the practice of Collections
- Recruitment Industry Knowledge/Experience
- Experience of credit control within NHS and Public Organisations
