An exciting new role has emerged as part of Venn Group’s commitment to delivering an industry leading service to our clients and candidates, through implementing an innovative new CRM.
After several decades using a single and now legacy CRM this is a significant change and investment in our future progress and will positively affect the daily activities of all employees at Venn Group.
As we edge closer to go-live later this year, we are seeking a systems enthusiast to become an integral member of the programme team, taking a lead role in training staff of all disciplines and levels across the company on a long-term basis.
Key responsibilities:
Learning and building expertise on the new CRM, to be able to support and train others
Work closely with the core project team to support training development including writing content and workflows where necessary
Work effectively with Super Users and nominated trainers on a regular basis to ensure continuous improvement of systems skills to build confidence ahead of training roll out
Assume a lead training role involving delivering train-the-trainer courses ahead of an intensive training programme for approximately 300 staff members
Gain feedback from all training session attendees to ensure continuous development and quality improvement to achieve maximum engagement
Post go-live assume responsibility for monitoring activity across the CRM to identify trends, inform additional training needs and capture lessons learned
Respond to queries and concerns, working with the IT team to support any necessary adjustments within the CRM
Floor-walk across all offices as and when required to ensure engagement and hands-on support to staff members
Uphold agreed business practice rules at all times and conduct data quality audits to ensure integrity of data
Ensure that all training content and workflows are up to date and regularly reviewed and developed in line with business requirements
Essential/Desirable skills:
A keen interest and confidence in using systems, along with commercial acumen
Excellent presentation skills, comfortable with delivering training on a one to one and group basis
Ability to work with employees at all levels of seniority across the business
Previous training experience not essential but knowledge of working in the recruitment industry would be beneficial (any discipline)
Flexibility to travel to offices across the UK
