Interim Customer Insight Manager
Location: London (remote working, flexible)
Status: Inside IR35
Length: 4 months initially
A busy London Local Authority is looking to bring in an interim Customer Insight Manager to support the customer experience insight function for the community wellbeing division of the council, covering housing, adult social care, public health and culture.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Insight Manager:
- Design and implement research using a variety of methodologies for long and short term research pieces
- Manage a team of four to define and lead insight projects and provide quality assurance to data analysis
- Build and add to a solid customer experience insight programme
- Support a variety of wider Council projects and Directorates vie qualitative and quantitative research and insight gathering
Skills and experience required of the Customer Insight Manager:
- Flexible on background but must have team management experience
- Able to evidence varied research and insight methodologies
- Educated to at least degree level or equivalent in a relevant research or insight discipline
- Extensive experience of undertaking and presenting analysis and devising clear and high-quality reports
- Effective project management skills to deliver projects and initiatives to agreed briefs and timescales
