Job Title: Customer Care Advisor
Location: Altrincham
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £19,250 + company wide bonus scheme
Duties Include:
- Be the first point of contact to customers taking incoming calls
- Support the team by replying back to customers via email and ensuring all customers have been contacted that same day
- Resolve new and existing customer issues quickly and efficiently
- Support new customers through the learning curve of the service
- Nurture existing customer relationships by providing an inspirational level of customer service
- Ensure compliance processes are followed at all times
Essential Experience and Skills:
- Established and strong communication skills both over the telephone and via email
- Committed to providing an outstanding level of customer service
- A proactive attitude and understanding nature
