Customer Service Advisor
We are currently working with a well-established organisation based in the Leicestershire area who are in need of the support of a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis.
Role Responsibilities:

Taking calls and entering them on the company system

Updating customers with relevant information on their deliveries using SAP

Liaising with different departments to ensure customer quotes’ are set up and delivery dates are met

Dealing with customer complaints
Key Requirements:

Have experience working with customer service
-
Be available at short notice
Start: ASAP
Duration: Three months initially with a view to go permanent
Location: Leicestershire (Office based)
Hours: Shift pattern which operates on eight hours a day between 07:00am – 17:30pm
Rate: £11.95 per hour PAYE including holiday pay
