Customer Service Agent

A position has arisen for an interim Customer Service Agent with one of our healthcare clients based in Cambridgeshire. The role is on-site for a minimum of 3 months, paying £10.45 per hour + holiday pay. They are looking for candidates who are available to start immediately.
Your duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact for people telephoning, offering an operator service and handling all incoming and internal calls on the Contact Centre consoles
- Ensuring that an effective service is provided to all stakeholders, both internal and external
- Using the correct salutation and communication standards when handling calls, in line with the company’s procedures
The successful candidate should have:
- Excellent customer service skills with demonstrable experience
- Strong communication skills
- Personable and friendly manner
- Confident under pressure
