Job Title: Customer Service/Credit Controller
Job description: We are recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Professional/Credit Controller for a well-established and reputable organisation based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to join a dynamic team within an exciting industry.
You will be expected to:

Assist the credit control department with inbound emails and general queries

Maintain full control of the customer service element associated with credit control

Collect residual balances due for payment for orders placed online

Upkeep and organise refund requests

Develop and maintain positive and progressive working relationships internally and externally
The ideal candidate will:

Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and or/Sage
-
Possess excellent communication skills
-
Be well organised and pay attention to detail

Have experience of working in a busy role
