Job description: We are recruiting for a permanent Customer Support Advisor within the Warwickshire area for a well-established organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to expand on your customer service skills helping to reduce complaints and manage aftersales queries.
This role will involve:
- · Managing queries from start to resolution
- · Taking customer orders via telephone and email
- · Checking order progress on a weekly basis as well as liaising with the Purchasing Team regarding out of stock products
- · Being an effective communicator between customers, offering a solution for all their needs
- · Data entry – inputting customer orders
- · High volume call entries
The ideal candidate will:
- · Possesses previous customer service/telesales experience
- · Have excellent communication skills
- · Have good organisational skills
Salary: Up to £21,800 with annual bonuses between 5 and 10%
