Three new positions have arisen for a full time, Dutch or Hebrew speaking Customer Care Coordinator for a global commercial organisation in Watford.
Forming part of a wider team, you will have a major impact on customer satisfaction and will be responsible for handling customer requests for support, spare parts orders and returns, assisting the dispatchers and taking care of company partners in Europe and Asia.
The position will work closely with different functions inside the company to dispatch customer and partner requests for support through the correct channels, making it possible for the technical teams to act on the requests in a timely manner.
To be considered, you must be fluent, both written and spoken, in Dutch and another European language (French, Italian, German, Dutch, Hebrew, Polish or Spanish) or fluent in Hebrew and Spanish.
It would be highly advantageous if candidates had experience in either logistics or customer Service but full training will be provided.
Working hours: Monday to Friday – Weekly alternating early and late shifts
- Early shift: 7AM to 4PM
- Late shift: 9AM to 6PM
