Fixed Term Contract – Customer Service Coordinator
A position has arisen for a full time Dutch speaking Customer Service Coordinator for a large commercial organisation in Watford on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Provide a start to finish solution for customer orders from key commercial account holders.
Respond effectively to queries relating to customer orders and deliveries.
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth process of customer orders.
The candidate must have:
Fluency in Dutch and English. (Additional languages would be desirable)
Experience of working in a Customer Service or Administration.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm
