A leading public sector organisation in West Yrokshire has approached Venn Group’s IT Team to secure an e - Rostering System Manager aloing side an e - Rostering System Administrator. Experience with Health Roster experience is a mandatory requirement to be considered for both positions so please only apply.
e - Rostering Systems Manager:
- To be responsible for the trust wide operational performance, management and development of the electronic rostering system for all staff groups
- To provide ongoing support and advice to system users and act as the Trust lead in the maintenance of the system including upgrades and new version releases.
- To have direct responsibility for managing clinical and technical issues which arise with the system on a day to day basis.
- To manage the e-Rostering Team and systems to ensure a fully integrated and robust rostering service.
- To develop robust systems for the purpose of staff training and development, document control, audit, evaluation and monitoring of system maintenance and upgrades.
- To act as system expert across the organisation and facilitate the sharing of best practice by representing the trust at regional and national user groups and hosting site visits.
- To undertake tasks as specified on the Project Implementation Plan to ensure all actions are compliant with the required timescales and deadlines.

e - Rostering System Administrator
- The postholder will support the trust wide operational performance, management and development of the electronic rostering system for all staff groups including Medics.
- The post holder will lead the Divisional Management and Ward/Department teams in their allocated areas in successfully implementing the full functionality of the e-rostering system including self service, roster creation, roster administration, roster analysis/ approval, time and attendance, management dashboards, bank module and validating rosters for payroll.
- The postholder will participate in the process of benefits realisation arising from the changes made, to contribute to the development of a Benefits Realisation Plan for e-Roster and collect system data and user information to measure benefits realised.
- The post holder will provide an efficient and effective high quality rostering data administration service supporting the use and maintenance of electronic rostering throughout the trust including integration with the temporary staffing system for all staff groups.
- To lead on data configuration and set up of the rosters on the system in the allocated wards and units.
- To deliver staff training and act as first level contact for enquiries from end users.
- To act as lead contact and link worker for the e-Rostering ward level roster creators and equivalent in the allocated wards and units.
