Executive Assistant
Venn Group is currently working with a reputable NHS trust based in Central London who are looking for an Executive Assistant to support their busy CEO
Rate: Band 5 £30,786- £37,841
Hours: Mon – Fri, 9 to 5
Location: Central London (flexible working)
To work as part of the executive support Team undertaking administrative and secretariat support as directed.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Complex diary management to ensure that the Chief Executive’s time is used strategically, efficiently and to best effect
- Managing the Chief Executive’s email inboxes ensuring emails are appropriately and promptly actioned, flagged and logged, and maintaining an effective bring forward filing system
- Planning and arranging corporate meetings and events with internal and external stakeholders, and working collaboratively with colleagues to schedule these
- Maintaining an effective administrative system within the Chief Executive’s Private Office
- Line management and co-ordination of a small team of Diary Officers/ Business Support Assistants (Band 4/5)
- Managing, tracking and drafting correspondence for the Chief Executive, engaging and seeking input from appropriate colleagues
- Maintaining the manual and electronic filing systems and support with IT issues
- Along with the Chief of Staff and Corporate Secretary, ensuring the smooth running of the office of the Chief Executive
The successful candidate must:
- Be organised and efficient
- Have previous experience of diary management
