EL/PL Locum Solicitor

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Employers' Liability/Public Liability (EL/PL) Locum to provide support on a fully remote basis for an initial 3-month assignment, with the strong possibility of extension.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of EL/PL matters, handling files from instruction through to conclusion. The caseload will predominantly consist of litigated claims, and you will be expected to work independently while maintaining high standards of client care.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a caseload of EL/PL claims from inception to settlement
Handling litigated matters
Drafting legal documentation and correspondence

Candidate Requirements

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner
Previous experience handling EL/PL claims and Multi Track matters
Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
Strong litigation experience desirable
Available to commence at short notice
