A position has arisen for a Day to day repairs + testing Electrician for a reputable housing association in South Yorkshire
Please note you must be a qualified Electrician hold a Gold Card, 2391 and Full UK Driving Licence to be successful.
Your duties will include:
- Complete day to day repair in tenated and void properties
- Carry out testing in domestic properties and high rises on behalf of social housing provider
- Repair any minor works on site
- Report accurately all works using PDA device
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience as an Electrician with a focus on Social Housing
- NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds in Electrical Installations
- 2391
- Gold Card
- Full UK driving license
