Homelessness Accommodation Manager Required
Location: Nottingham
Duration: Permanent
Hours: Full Time - Plus Some on Call

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Oversee the development service delivery as advised by Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE), Trauma Informed Care and Strengths Based Approach.
- Ensure the strategic delivery of accommodation services.
- Oversee income generation for accommodations services including the setting and implementation of a rent policy and procedures.
- Analyse and present data to the Emmanuel House Board and partners.
- Ensure staff receive regular supervision and appropriate support.
- Liaise with Housing Benefit.
- Contribute to the development of the Nottingham City Council Winter Measures with other stakeholders.
- Develop positive inter-agency relationships with agencies providing services for people who are homeless and/or are vulnerable
- Liaise with external bodies, such as community and faith groups
- In collaboration with the Marketing and Fundraising Manager engage with potential funders.
- Oversee the delivery of effective volunteering.
- Develop a positive team culture amongst beneficiaries, staff and volunteers.
- Devise and implement a housing management plan.
- Build relationships with landlords around provision of accommodation, lease arrangements and housing management
The successful candidate will have:
- Relevant Experience in a Similar Role
- Full driving licence
