Employee Relations Positions

We are working on multiple ER Relations positions within the NHS! They are all interim positions, where extensive ER experience is needed within the public sector.

• 1. ER Manager – Band 8a
  • Surrey based, 3 days on site
  • £250 per day (Umbrella)
  • 6 months interim – vacant post
  • CIPD qualification needed
  • Managing the ER Team and point of escalation for complex casework
• 2. Senior ER Advisor
  • Surrey based, 3 days on site
  • £220 per day (Umbrella)
  • 6 months interim – vacant post
  • Working towards CIPD
  • Complex ER casework
• 3. ER Advisor
  • South London based, 4 days on site
  • £22 per hour (PAYE)
  • 3 month interim – vacant post
  • NHS ER experience required
  • Managing a large varied caseload

The successful candidate MUST:

• Have experience working within the NHS, or large complex public sector organisation
