Engagement Manager
Venn Group are currently working with a busy Healthcare organisation in London who are looking for an Engagement Manager to join their team.
Duration: 4 months (possibility of extension)
Daily Rate: £190
The Engagement Manager will be responsible for:
- Engaging with all levels of the organisation and strive to aid the development of a strong staff experience
- Supporting the implementation and tracking of progress around an engaged workforce.
- Aid in the specific support planning, preparing, launching, reporting, analysing and action planning the annual staff survey
- Lead on research as requested using a variety of sources
- Present relevant findings generated from various information gathered
- Assist in engaging with all levels of the staff and aid the general development of a positive staff experience
- Supporting the implementation and tracking of progress against the strategic enablers which support an engaged workforce
It is essential that Engagement Manager must have the following skills and experience:
- Must have previous internal engagement experience
- Ideally having previously worked in a healthcare setting as well
