Urgent Requirement – Engineering Administrator – Birmingham – Permanent
Venn Group is currently recruiting for an Engineering Administrator for an organisation based in the Birmingham area and is a permanent opportunity. The salary is £20,000 per annum.
The role will involve:
- Producing purchase orders with suppliers (internally and externally) and ensuring that documentation is in order, with terms and conditions being clear.
- Helping to organise orders and liaise with suppliers
- Monitoring and updating spreadsheets
- Book meetings and taxis on request, receive and answer emails and undertake an assortment of other administrative work
- Reception & Phone cover to aid with lunch break cover within the customer service office, this includes chasing customer orders, booking transport booking requests.
- Recording minutes for meetings and allocating notes
