Estates Officer – Capital Projects
Venn Group are working with a large London-based NHS Trust to secure the services of an Estates Officer for the Capital Projects team.
Rate: £28 – 32/h
Length: 3-6 months, with possibility to extend
Location: London
The successful candidate will:
- form part of a dedicated team responsible for the management and completion of the Trust’s capital building works programme
- work with the Estates Manager – Capital Projects to ensure that all aspects of building projects are co-ordinated and completed
- help prepare Project Plans
- help provide design and planning solutions for the minor works service
- provide accurate Project Cost statements
The successful candidate will have:
- Estates/Maintenance background
- Project experience
