Estates Programme Support Manager
Venn Group are working with an NHS organisation based in the South East to secure the services of an Estates Programme Support Manager. The main purpose of this role is to support the estates team with the workload and delivery of projects.
Salary: £40,057 - £45,839
Length: 12 months
Location: South East, various
The successful candidate will:
- work alongside and support the Programme Director Strategic Estates on a range of duties
- provide support and coordinate multiple high-value new build projects
- facilitate communication between contractors and stakeholders
- independently coordinate quick-turnaround projects
- be responsible for the handling of all incoming correspondence and meeting project deadlines
- at times work remotely but also travel to multiple sites
- liaise internally with senior members of staff and multiple stakeholders
The successful candidate will have:
- experience supporting senior management on multiple high-value projects
- a full driving license
