Temporary vacancy – Expense Administrator
Duration: two/three months
Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (5 hours per day)
Location: Leavesden,Watford, WD25
Hourly Rate: £13.16 (£14.74 including holiday pay) PAYE
Responsibilities:
- Check claims submitted adhere to company policies and procedures
- Verify expense claims adhere to HMRC guidelines
- Ensure supporting VAT documentation and receipts are submitted with claims
- Provide analysis of expenses claims made and other ad hoc reports as required
To be considered for the position, we require a resilient administrator with good communication skills and an understanding of VAT.
Due to the nature of the role, we require candidates who are available for an immediate start or candidates on very short notice periods.
