Job title: Finance Administrator (Payroll)
Job description: We are recruiting for a Finance Administrator for a well-established and reputable organisation based in Lichfield. This is permanent opportunity to join a dynamic team to be responsible for site payroll process, including monitoring new starters, leavers and salary changes, attendance and administrative duties
You will be:
- Responsible for site payroll process, including monitoring new starters, leavers and salary changes
- Liaising with our central people services team on pay queries and processing payments
- Responsibility for Time & Attendance validation via Kronos and obtaining sign off for payroll
- Responsible for completing absence reporting on a weekly basis
- Supporting employees and managers with payroll queries
- Compliance with payroll timetables and policies
- General associated admin duties and support for other positions within the Finance Team
Ideal candidate:
- Previous payroll experience
- Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Have an eye for detail and be proactive, with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team
- Ability to learn several systems quickly and thoroughly
- Strong interpersonal skills in order to develop effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
