Finance Assistant
One of London’s longest established Further Education Institutes are recruiting a Finance Assistant on an interim basis. The post holder will help the College in achieving its objectives by processing transactions related to expenditure and offering a high quality service to customers.
Your duties will include:
- Processing supplier invoices and staff expenses
- Process the weekly payment runs
- Complete reconciliations of the suppliers accounts
- Management of the Finance mailbox, ensuring timely responses to queries and ensuring the inbox is kept up to date
- Create new suppliers in accordance with financial regulations and financial procedures
- Assist with enrolment
Personal specification:
- At least 1 years’ experience working in a finance team
- Experience working in the Education/ not for profit sector
- Experience working with a Finance database
- Ability and equipment to work from home
