School Finance Manager

Venn Group is currently working with a school who are looking for a Finance Manager on a temporary to permanent basis to play a key role in providing comprehensive financial support to the school.
Salary: £33,000 per year (21,000 - £25,000 pro rata)
Location: Berkshire
Duration: Temporary to Permanent position
Hours: 08:00 – 14:00, Monday to Friday (flexible)
Day to day duties include:

Manage and monitor all school accounts and financial record keeping

Raise invoices, manage debt collection, and carry out bank reconciliation

Produce regular income and expenditure accounts

Process cheques and BAC's payments

Assist the Head of Finance and Operations in the preparation of accounts for audits

Monitor cashless online payments from parents

Line manage two members of the admin team

Maintain accurate records of allocations, detailed spending notes and outstanding orders
The successful candidate will have:

Experience in a similar position

A financial qualification is desirable, but not essential
