Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Kent (Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite)
Contract Length: Permanent
Salary: £58,000 - £62,000
We are delighted to be currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Rent Accounting and Banking functions within a growing organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a CCAB-Qualified Finance Manager with strong transactional finance leadership experience to:
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
- Drive process improvement and financial controls
- Oversee AP, AR, cash management and reconciliations
- Manage VAT, reporting, KPIs and audit support
- Build strong relationships across the business
Finance Manager - Key Requirements:
- CCAB qualification
- Experience managing transactional finance teams
- Strong AP, AR and reconciliation knowledge
- Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
