Venn Group are supporting an NHS organisation in Hertfordshire with the recruitment of a Financial Accountant, either on a permanent or temp-to-perm basis.
In your new position you will support the Head of Financial Control with the organisation’s external financial reporting and monthly returns. You will also be involved in the charitable funds and capital accounting.
It will be expected that you will provide detailed financial analysis in support of your statements in the financial returns along with the provision of high quality working papers. You will also handle reconciliation of the Control Accounts.
Our client is ideally seeking a candidate with previous experience working in the NHS, but candidates without such experience should still apply. You should be able to demonstrate experience of preparing monthly and annual financial accounts for a large, complex organization. In order to be considered, it is expected you’ll be at least CCAB part-qualified.
