Change Lead and Change BA – Financial Crime Operations
Venn Group are currently recruiting for multiple Change Management positions to join a Financial Crime and Operations project team, to work within a dynamic banking environment in London
These roles require candidates with a background leading and delivering complex change and transformation initiatives, with a background in both BA, PM, and Change Lead positions.
These roles will be integral to the progression of various change-related initiatives within the Financial Crime and Operations teams, responsible for driving forward newly implemented regulatory change whilst maintaining the integrity of BAU activities across various departments.
Candidate will directly liaise with multiple parties (internal and external), assume responsibility for training and leading workshops to facilitate the roll out of updates, and ultimately interpreting legislation from the regulatory bodies (FCA/PRA) to then translate into business requirements.
Candidates are required to have operated within Financial Crime, Middle Office, and Operations departments before, in order to have a full understanding of the end to end project requirements. It is essential that candidates can document policies and procedures, eliciting key project deliverables from stakeholders and translating them into actionable business requirement documents (BRDs).
The ideal candidate will understand and identify risks to the business, implementing strategies to mitigate issues and safeguard against future breaches/potential breaches.
They must demonstrate an understanding of Business Analysis and/or Project Management skillsets and methodologies. These roles involve the systematic analysis of legislation and internal documentation, advising on and adjusting to accommodate for changes in regulations as well as the bank’s internal plans. Performing impact analysis and gap analysis, producing Business Requirements Documents, and reviewing and centralising existing policies is expected regularly.
