Job description:
A reputable legal services provider is seeking an experienced Financial Mis-Selling Solicitor or Barrister to assist with a high-volume caseload focused on appeals and reviews within financial services. This is a fully remote role, offered for an initial duration of 6–12 months.
You will be responsible for handling complex financial mis-selling matters, with a particular focus on:
• Reviewing and progressing appeals relating to financial mis-selling claims
• Conducting detailed case reviews and preparing robust legal arguments
• Advising on regulatory frameworks and financial services disputes
• Managing cases through to resolution, including liaising with relevant stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with current financial services regulations and standards
The organisation requires a senior-level professional who can work autonomously, handle complex matters confidently, and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines.
Candidate Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with significant experience in financial mis-selling claims
• Strong background in handling appeals and/or case reviews within financial services
• Ability to manage complex caseloads independently
• In-depth understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks
• Comfortable working fully remotely
Working Arrangement: Full-Time / Part-Time hours accepted (minimum 3 days)
