A position has arisen for a full time, French speaking Customer Operations Coordinator for a large commercial organisation in Watford on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The position is responsible for managing the order entry, cash process and delivery of products to a range of commercial accounts in Spanish speaking countries across the EMEA region.
Main duties:
- Manage customer orders from order entry to billing
- Respond effectively to queries relating to customer orders and deliveries including customer complaints and invoice queries
- Manage deliveries in line with customer expectations, liaising with 3rd party warehouses and other supply chain contacts
- Raise credits & adjustments on customer accounts and to liaise with credit control to ensure any outstanding customer deductions are resolved promptly
To be considered for the position, you must be fluent both written and spoken, in French, and will ideally have an experience from within customer service or administration but training will be provided.
It would be highly advantageous if candidates had additional languages in either Italian, German, Spanish or Dutch but this is not essential.
