German-speaking Customer Service Coordinator
Venn Group is partnering with a large commercial organisation in Watford to recruit a German-speaking Customer Service Coordinator.
Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service professional, ideally from an order management or logistics background, to work with customers across the UK and Germany.Main responsibilities:
Provide a start to finish solution for customer orders from key commercial account holders
Respond effectively to queries relating to customer orders and deliveries
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth process of customer orders
The successful candidate must:
Be fluent (written and spoken) in German and English
Have great attention to detail and be highly organised
Candidates who also boast SAP experience and fluency in a third European language would be at an advantage with their application.
