Governance Clerk
Venn Group is currently working with a reputable multi-academy trust in South London/North Kent for a Governance Clerkto support the organisation.
The successful candidate will:
- Manage the governance function for the Board of Trustees, its Members, its five Board Committees, its five School Local Governing Bodies (LGBs) and its Headteacher Working Group
- Ensuring that Trust documents are filed correctly and in a timely manner
- Review and update the Trust’s governance documents annually
- Ensure that schools are prepared for Ofsted from a governance perspective and maintain records at all Trust sites
- Draft all agendas and minutes, clerk meetings, track actions and ensure follow up

Hours: 30 per week / Term-time (38 weeks)
Annual Salary: £24,688
Location: South London / North Kent
WFH: Mostly remote but some attendance to meetings onsite
