We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant on behalf of one of our major clients based in Bramhall. The firm is a major player in the umbrella service market. This role would best suit recent graduates, as well as those with at least one year of experience working in Office Admin. The role is fully office-based at present. The successful candidate will be enrolled on the firm's esteemed Study Support Programme, whereby they will receive a Payroll Qualificatioin paid for by the firm, enabling you to professionally develop at no personal expense. Day-to-day duties include:
- Assist the Payroll Manager and colleagues in the team with various administrative tasks
- Dealing with incoming phone and email enquiries in a knowledgeable, courteous, professional and efficient manner
- A truly exceptional customer focused attitude, working in adherence to the Sapphire guarantee at all times
- Ensure that every decision you make puts our employees and customers at the centre of your thought process
- Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities in our rapidly expanding organisation
