Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Venn Group
Due to both our pulic and provate sector teams being incredibly busy, Venn Group are currently recruiting for money driven graduates with office experience, ideally sales or recruitment.
This role is a trainee position to start from home initially, you will recieve full training but because of the additional challenge of learning a role remotely, you will need to be self motivated and able to work on your own intiative.
We are looking for sociable, motivated and hardworking graduates who are looking to throw themselves into the role, get on the phone and ultimately make money!
So, what does a Recruitment Consultant do?
Recruitment Consultancy is a direct sales role, which entails various aspects and different skills, you will receive first class on the job training to able to manage the 360 Recruitment cycle. These include;
- Business development over the phone and through written sales
- Consulting with clients and candidates
- Maintaining relationships with clients
- Problem solving
- Marketing & account management
- Qualifying candidates and guiding them through the interview process
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
Training
In the first 6 months you will join our Graduate Recruitment Training Programme which consists of 12 different modules that are both theory and desk based.
You will come in from day one as a 360 Recruitment Consultant but will be given lots of support to ensure that the calls you make are going to be of the best quality to build long lasting relationships with your clients.

The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with experience working in an office environment. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, strong work ethic and willing to get stuck into the role.
