Successful and thriving Nottinghamshire based firm seeks to welcome an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor as the successor to their current Head of Department who foresees retirement in the next few years.
The firm has multiple offices across the Nottinghamshire region and pride themselves on their strong history and well-established client base. The culture of the firm is inclusive and supportive ensuring that all employees feel valued and respected.
The role would see you managing a broad commercial property caseload which would primarily include sales and purchases, landlord and tenant leases, site acquisition and development and financial securities.
The salary on offer is negotiable and dependent on experience and is expected to be in the region of £50,000 and £65,000. We invite candidates to apply and discuss their individual needs.

This opportunity would be well suited to a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive who has more than six years’ PQE in handling busy caseloads of commercial property matters.
